Every screen comes out and goes through a proper screen cleaner — not a quick hose-down where it sits.
Screens get taken out and run through a dedicated cleaner that works the mesh from both sides. Hosing a screen in place pushes the dirt into the mesh and leaves a tidemark down your glass.
Every frame gets wiped down after, and we'll flag any tears or bent frames while we've got them out — easier to fix a screen that's already off the window.
Each screen goes back in the opening it came out of. They're not interchangeable, and a screen in the wrong frame rattles all winter.
How it goes
The part customers mention most isn't the cleaning — it's that we show up when we said we would and show them the work before we leave.
Send us the basics through the form or call. Free estimates right across the metro.
You'll get a time window and a rough duration before we show up, not a vague day.
Windows and screens. Purified water outside, careful work inside.
Before we leave we show you the work. Anything missed gets sorted there and then.
Where we work

Questions
Yes, though most people pair it — a clean screen over dirty glass doesn't look like much.
We'll show you and leave it out if you'd rather not refit it. We don't repair screens ourselves.
Only if your screens come out from the inside, which many newer windows do.
Also worth doing
Most homes book all three together — clean glass behind a grey screen never looks finished.
