  • No, you do not need to be home. However, we prefer that someone is available if possible so we can show you the finished work and answer any questions. If your home has exterior window screens that are removed from the inside, access to the interior will be needed.

  • We’re happy to help move light furniture when needed, but we ask that you let us know ahead of time. For safety reasons, Royal Cleaners is not responsible for any damage that may occur while moving furniture.

  • Yes, pets are fine. We just ask that they are secured and kept clear of work areas for safety.

  • Yes, we can clean windows in light rain. We use a pure water system with no soap or chemicals, so rain does not affect the results. However, we do not clean during heavy rain or storms for safety and quality reasons.
